Yoga teacher and bodyworker Jambo joins me to talk Ayaveda, accupuncture, The Boys of Yoga, face reading, Forest Yoga, body dysmorphia, what “feels right”, trauma, yoga bodywork, anatomy, what you can’t say, what we hold in the body, selfies in yoga, yoga in Asia, and more.
